1.00pm – 2.00pm Hot and Cold Buffet Lunch £25.00

4.30pm – 5.00pm Tea and Mince Pie

6.30pm Pre Dinner Cocktail Reception

7.00pm – 8.45pm Dinner followed by live vocals from Matt Smith

Wednesday 25th December 2024

8.00am – 10.00am The Langstone Breakfast

1.00pm – 2.00pm Traditional Christmas Lunch including Wines, Port and Brandy, Children’s Gift, Children’s Entertainment and Tea. £125.00

2.45pm approx. A visit from Father Christmas with a gift for Children 12 and under

3.15pm approx. Merlin entertains the Children with his Magic

4.30pm – 5.00pm Tea with a Mince Pie and Christmas Cake.

7.00pm – 8.45pm Cold Buffet Supper and presents for all the adults
(that is anyone over 12), Wine and Liqueurs.

Christmas and New Year Cancellation Policy:

33% of the total cost of your stay is required as a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. The balance in full is due 14 days prior to your arrival, in the event of cancellation 7 – 14 days prior to arrival 50% of the total cost will be forfeited. For cancellations made 3-7 days prior to arrival 75% of the total cost will be forfeited. Cancellations made 2 days prior to arrival will be charged in full. If for any reason you wish to cancel your holiday, we must receive notification in writing or via e-mail.  We strongly recommend that you obtain adequate holiday insurance.
