Funerals & Wakes At Langstone Cliff Hotel

With a wide choice of rooms within the hotel and acres of grounds, the Langstone Cliff Hotel is a respectful and peaceful location for your funeral reception/wake and we can offer a sympathetic venue whatever your requirements.

We have several rooms which can lend themselves to a funeral reception:

• The Verandah Room is perfect for more intimate occasions (36 guests).
• The Lounge Suite is slightly larger than the Verandah Room (50 guests), though these rooms are adjoining and can be booked together.
• The Orchid Room can accommodate parties of up to 70 (depending on layout).

For larger receptions:

• The Lincoln Suite is a combination of the Lincoln Restaurant and the Orchid Room, and can comfortably hold receptions for 200-250 guests.
• The Washington Suite is our largest reception room and can accommodate up to 400 guests.

For each of our reception rooms, we offer a large selection of catering options from cream tea and afternoon tea to buffets, lunches and dinners.
