Our Ground Floor family rooms are adequately spacious (approx. 17 square metres), and furnished to a high level with a variety of good quality amenities and décor. All our ground floor family rooms contain a walk in shower and are suitable for wheelchair access.

We are entirely committed to constantly improving and updating our family rooms and pride ourselves on providing ultimate comfort in a home-from-home environment, as you would expect from a traditional family hotel in Dawlish Warren. For many years, our ground floor family rooms have been the home of many happy family holidays and one of the most sought-after places to take a family break in Devon.

All accommodation includes free use of the indoor and outdoor (seasonal) swimming pools, tennis and table tennis. Free Parking is included with space for over 200 cars, please register your car on arrival.
