Some Of The Comfiest Beds Amongst Dawlish Warren Hotels
The hotel has 64 en-suite bedrooms across two floors, there is a lift and four staircases to the first floor. 17 of the rooms have private balconies and many have sea views. Our bright and spacious hotel rooms are regularly updated in order to maintain the highest standards of comfort and convenience. All are tastefully decorated with colour co-ordinated furnishings and fabrics. There are 6 Family Suites comprising of two or (in one case) three bedrooms off a small lobby with a bathroom. There is one large ground floor suite with a spacious lounge area. Many of our rooms now have air conditioning.
All of our rooms include:
- En-suite bathroom most with bath or shower.
- Remote control Freeview LCD colour television with satellite (inc. Sky Sports)
- Free Wi-Fi
- Direct dial telephone
- Tea and Coffee making facilities
- Hairdryer
- Baby listening is available for all hotel bedrooms
We currently have beds in the following sizes: King size (6’6″ x 5’0), Double (6’3″x 4’6″) and Single (6’3″x 3’0″). We also have a number of cosy mini divan beds for young children (5’0 x 2’6″) and a selection of cots. We pride ourselves on not using any “Z” Beds- all of our beds are pocket sprung with 1200 spring counts by either Hypnos or Mattisons. Babies and Children
Up to two children aged under 10 are free of charge for all food (pre-booked) and accommodation when sharing a family room with two adults.
Additional children, children aged 10 – 16 and additional adults are charged at 25% of the room tariff.

Dog Friendly Hotel in Devon
Dogs are allowed in all bedrooms and charged at £15.00 per dog per night, this does not include food. Owners must be in total control at all time. Dogs are not permitted in the restaurants. Please do not allow your animals on the furniture.
